At Fiovania, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and in its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Screen protectors and other single-use products that have been opened

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at contact@fiovania.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

Please do not send items back without first receiving confirmation from our support team, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, we will provide you with return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label. Return labels are issued at our discretion and only for eligible items that meet our return conditions.

Please note that depending on your order and product type, the return address may vary because we work with multiple fulfillment centers. The correct return address will be provided in your return approval email.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at contact@fiovania.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We will resolve the matter at no additional cost to you by offering either a replacement or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (once approved) and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status within 2 business days.

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at contact@fiovania.com.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without providing justification.

To qualify, the item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number
