This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through fiovania.com, including both domestic and international shipments. By placing an order with Fiovania, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Important Delivery Information

Delivery time estimates begin from the shipment date, not the order date.

To ensure the fastest possible delivery, orders may be shipped from one of our international fulfillment centers, depending on product availability and the customer's delivery location.

Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer Free Standard Shipping worldwide on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier's tracking system.

If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@fiovania.com.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by your country's customs authority.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.

We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure whether additional charges may apply.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@fiovania.com.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@fiovania.com.

Orders may be cancelled any time before they are dispatched.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Refund & Return Policy for available options.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the maximum estimated delivery timeframe for your region, please contact us with your order number at contact@fiovania.com.

We will investigate the shipment with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
